Pint Night, September 20, 2006 Kona Longboard Lager Description from www.konabrewingco.com: A crisp and moderately hopped pale lager, Longboard Lager is aged for five weeks at very cold temperatures to yield its exceptionally smooth flavor.
i didn't get to drink this beer because I have a cold. so i'm going to rate my cold. it sucks. 0/10 also, darren, are you drinking kona longboard lager with a straw? because that's what it looks like.
Kona Longboard had a light color to it. The first drink seemed to be tasty. After a few more drinks, at least for me, the taste wasn't great. It did not seem as smooth as the description implies. The aftertaste was a little wheaty maybe. I rate this beer as a Finisher. It wasn't one I would order again.
And no Steve, I was not drinking my Longboard with a straw. My beer was being used for the picture. The straw was from my water.
