Franziskaner Weissbier is a top-fermentation beer brewed in strict accordance with the Bavarian Purity Law of 1516. Only choice high-quality raw materials (wheat malt, barley malt, hops, top-fermenting yeast and pristine brewing water) are used in the production of this premium-quality weiss beer.
By employing
- an especially large proportion of wheat malt

I don't think I was previously aware of how much I like wheat. Are all weissbiers this good? Fruity, smooth, a little tangy... I could see drinking this again. My only complaint is that it feels a little watery. Other than that, mmm.
