Pint Night 11/22/06 Delirium Noël

DELIRIUM DE NOËL
VOL.ALC: 10%
Née pour l'année 2000, elle est cependant brassée uniquement pour les fêtes de Noël et de Nouvel An et complète la trilogie des "Delirium". Son approche est chaleureuse déjà par une superbe robe cuivrée au rouge rappelant la "Nocturnum", sauf sur son goût. De prime abord, elle cache sa subtilité par un palier de saveurs. Elle s'aborde en toute confiance, avec une nuance typiquement Noël, saucé d'une petite touche sucrée, couverte ensuite par un ton plus amer sans allongement et ensuite une curieuse sensation de fraîcheur sur la langue. Finalement, elle se libère totalement en fond de palais comme un poivré sur une salade de saison. Elle s'apprécie à la première gorgée, et se fidélise à la seconde. Toutefois son haut " volume d'alcool exige une consommation responsable.
