
Franziskaner Weissbier is a top-fermentation beer brewed in strict accordance with the Bavarian Purity Law of 1516. Only choice high-quality raw materials (wheat malt, barley malt, hops, top-fermenting yeast and pristine brewing water) are used in the production of this premium-quality weiss beer.
By employing
- an especially large proportion of wheat malt
- our own special purebred strain of top fermenting yeast, maintained and regularly inspected in our own culture, and
