Ayinger Oktober Fest-Marzen is a great brew made by Ayinger Brewery, which is located in the country just outside of Munich. Ayinger is considered by many to be the best brewery in Bavaria and is consistently rated each year as one of the best breweries in the world. Ayinger Oktober Fest was a copper toned beer. The head was really light and fluffy, like soap suds. It smelled like metal, so I was pretty put off at first, but the taste was free of that rusty flavor we all hate so much.
Very hopsy and bitter, but drinkable. Also there was a lot of it.
6/10.
I love October.

Ayinger Oktober Fest-Marzen was a nice gold color with a thick head. The head hangs around for a little bit, but not too long. There are many tiny bubbles rushing to the surface. The taste has a sharpness to it, but it's not terrible. The aftertaste is mild and doesn't last too long. I rate this beer as a Finisher. It's an alright beer, but I don't think I would order another one.
